This is a Subaru not-for-sale bear, a collector's item from about 30 years ago.
The bag is torn, but it's in very beautiful condition, as it has never been taken out.
(The bag of the other item on sale is not torn.)
Inside the zipper on the back is an orange-colored blanket with the same pattern (Pendleton-style) as the bear's tie.
